As a busy construction company we are often looking to take on additional craftsmen and staff. We currently have the following vacancies:
We are currently seeking skilled Carpenters to join our team. Whilst our ideal candidates would have multiple skills (as listed below) we would still like to hear from you if your experience does not cover all of the below areas i.e. First Fix or Second Fix only.
This role will involve, but not limited to:

First Fix e.g. Joist work, flooring, cut roofs/truss roofs, stairs, stud walls, window boards, door linings etc

Second Fix e.g. Swinging/hanging doors, fitting ironmongery, kitchens, skirting and architrave, fabricating wardrobes using MDF, boxing in soil pipes/services etc.

General carpentry e.g. Plaster boarding, general site activities.
Carpenter
Construction Labourer
We are seeking a Construction Labourer to join our team. You are required to have at least 1 years' experience and have your own method of transport to reach our site locations.
This role will involve, but not limited to:

Helping out on day to day activities

Assisting trades when needed

Ensuring the offices and staff welfare facilities are clean

Working within a team

Hard working, reliable and committed
Bricklayer / General Builder
We are currently seeking skilled Bricklayers / General Builder to join our team. You are required to have a minimum of 5 years' experience and takes pride in their work.
This role will involve, but not limited to:

Must be comfortable setting out

Blockwork
-
Face brickwork
-
Paving
-
Working within a team
Building Estimator
Our ‘family feel’ run business have a great opportunity for a qualified Building Estimator to join our friendly team.
The ideal candidate should already have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in estimating/surveying in general building dealing with our projects valued 50k to 2M. We believe a good standard of work, a determination to learn and develop your skills are more important than qualifications.
This role will involve, but not limited to:

Day-to-day estimating/surveying/take offs etc.

Tendering for our projects with a value range of 50k to 2M

Site visits

Supporting the team in any post tender negotiations

Reconciliation of pricing with team during construction phase of projects

Working with the team to support other required daily activities
