PROJECT BRIEF
To construct a new build home to a high quality and standard of accommodation whilst remaining in keeping with Chinnor conservation area.
The project design would include four bedrooms and feature a contemporary aesthetic to be aimed towards a modern family. This was a development opportunity and upon completion the property would be listed for sale.

The Build
The initial project site was effectively derelict land with a small row of lock-up garages on it falling into disrepair. The site was deemed to be in need of development for the sake of the surrounding area, and so the objective we set ourselves was to build a house of excellent appearance that was an asset to the neighbourhood.
Residents of neighbouring houses had a right of way diagonally across the site. They were happy to agree that an improved, well surfaced path avoiding the construction area was a very acceptable alternative route.
The property was built to be highly efficient and energy conscious with an air source heat pump, underfloor heating throughout and is home automation ready.
Paving at the front of the property provided an attractive and convenient path to the front door and two good sized off-road parking spaces.
Time, care and consideration ensured the smooth running of this project and delivery of a flawless high end finish.
THE RESULT
This stunning new build home designed for modern day living offers well proportioned rooms, contemporary amenities and smart home technology integration throughout. The property has rejuvenated the picturesque High Street and complements the existing properties within the conservation area.
