The owners of this stunning period home in Sutton Courtenay required more space for a modern family lifestyle, however the house's wonderful charm and character needed to be preserved. Modern New Build Home Oxfordshire

Modern Four Bed New Build Homes

These two, modern new build homes were built as a property development opportunity. The plot originally housed a bungalow which was demolished in preparation for the new builds to be constructed. Both properties featured bespoke joinery and were built with a low carbon footprint and to a very high specification of finish. View the project in detail here
