Inspiration to build your dream home in oxfordshire

Oxfordshire is a lovely county with many beautiful homes in it, so it’s no surprise that it’s so popular with people seeking new homes and with those upgrading and extending their existing properties.

Whether you want to build a new property or extend, improve or refurbish an existing one, we have a wealth of successful experience in similar work, from new builds to extending and upgrading mature, conserved and listed properties.

We’ve gathered together a few of our previous projects in Oxfordshire. If you have a project in mind, we hope they’ll illustrate some possibilities that are of interest to you.

Oxfordshire Building Project Inspiration

Listed Building Extension

The owners of this stunning period home in Sutton Courtenay required more space for a modern family lifestyle, however the house's wonderful charm and character needed to be preserved. With traditional building methods and our years of experience working with listed buildings we were able to extend the kitchen area making this much larger, a new master bedroom with en suite, new family bathroom and a completely new roof. New Build Guest Cottage Oxfordshire

New Build Guest Cottage

Our clients required a newly built guest cottage within the grounds of their property. Based within a conservation area, the project design was sympathetic to the surrounding buildings and constructed so that guests would have the same comforts and amenities as those provided in the main house.

Modern New Build Home Oxfordshire

Modern Four Bed New Build Homes

These two, modern new build homes were built as a property development opportunity. The plot originally housed a bungalow which was demolished in preparation for the new builds to be constructed. Both properties featured bespoke joinery and were built with a low carbon footprint and to a very high specification of finish. View the project in detail here

Large Home Extension Oxfordshire

Large Home Extension

Our clients required many upgrades to their home including increased space with multiple extensions to their home and additionally improvements to their garden.

We constructed a two storey and single storey extension, including a larger sitting room, extension and upgrade of the master bedroom suite, a redesigned and modernised kitchen, a utility room, an office, increased garage space and paved areas and other improvements in the garden.

This new build home was constructed within a conservation area of Chinnor, Oxfordshire and was designed for modern day living with home automation and audio integration.
